Riggs Kubiak
Riggs spent nearly a decade in commercial real estate in New York City, initially in real estate investment banking and then five years with the global real estate developer Tishman Speyer. There, he worked on over $30 billion of acquisitions before spending time in asset management and leading their global sustainability initiative. In seeing the opportunity for technology to drive efficiency, sustainability, and impact in the built world, he started Honest Buildings, a technology company based in New York City. Honest Buildings became the industry-leading cloud-based construction management platform, purpose built for owners and developers, to manage and track their capital and construction projects. The company raised over $50 million from leading venture investors as well as some of the largest global real estate organizations including Brookfield, Oxford, First Capital, Durst, Rudin and Milstein. In 2019, Honest Buildings was acquired by Procore Technologies. Riggs went on to lead the global Owner business line at Procore which was a key part of Procore’s successful initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021. His real experience scaling a construction technology company with a very successful outcome for his team and investors drives his focus on helping founders accelerate their companies and the value they can provide to the market. Riggs graduated with a degree in Finance from Boston College.
